3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Phone number with OTP verification
• Email with OTP verification
• Google OAuth authentication

OTP Authentication:

• A 6-digit code is sent via SMS or email
• Codes expire after 5 minutes
• Maximum 5 OTP requests per hour
• You must have access to the phone/email used
• Standard SMS rates may apply

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities under your account
• Immediate reporting of unauthorized access
• Keeping account information updated

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Have multiple no-show reservations

4.1 Making Reservations

• You agree to honor your reservation
• You accept the restaurant’s policies
• You authorize us to share info with restaurants
• Availability is not final until confirmed

4.2 Reservation Confirmations

• Confirmation sent via SMS/email
• You must verify all details
• Errors should be reported immediately

4.3 Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancel at least 30 minutes early
• Some restaurants have strict policies
• Failure to cancel may result in penalties
• Modifications depend on availability

4.4 No-Show Policy

• First offense: Warning
• Repeated offenses: Restrictions
• Four no-shows in 12 months: Suspension
• Disputes handled via support

4.5 Payment Requirements

• Some restaurants require card details
• Cancellation fees may apply
• Special events may require pre-payment

5.1 Content Submission

• You grant NexTable a perpetual license to use your content
• You must own or have rights to the content
• Content must not violate rights or laws

5.2 Content Standards

• No misleading or false content
• No illegal or harmful material
• No IP violations
• No hate speech
• No personal data of others
• No malware

5.3 Content Moderation

• We may edit/remove violating content
• Repeated violations may lead to suspension
• Illegal content may be reported

6.1 Accuracy

Restaurant data may change. Menus, prices, and hours can be updated by restaurants. NexTable does not guarantee accuracy.

6.2 Restaurant Relationships

• Restaurants are independent businesses
• We are not responsible for restaurant services
• Disputes should be resolved directly with restaurants
• Prices are set by restaurants

10.1 Payment Processors

We use Paystack and Flutterwave. Their terms also apply.

10.2 SMS and OTP Services

• Provided through third parties like Twilio
• Standard messaging rates may apply
• OTP required for authentication
• You can opt out of non-essential SMS

10.3 External Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites.

11.1 Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

11.2 No Warranties

• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• No guarantee of error-free features
• No guarantee the service is virus-free
• No guarantee of specific results

11.3 Restaurant Services

• We are not responsible for food quality
• We are not responsible for restaurant compliance
• We are not liable for menu or pricing changes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law.

14.2 Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to class actions or class arbitrations.

16.1 Nigeria

Users in Nigeria are subject to Nigerian consumer protection laws.

16.2 Ghana

Users in Ghana are subject to Ghanaian consumer protection laws.

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and NexTable.

17.2 Severability

If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

17.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights. We may assign to affiliates or successors.
